The site shares information about roof replacement and passes estimate requests to one independent local roofer. It is not a contractor. It does not inspect, repair or replace roofs, it gives no bids or prices of its own, and it is never a party to any agreement you make with a roofer. Any estimate, contract, warranty or work comes from the roofer, and that roofer alone answers for it.

When you send a request, you agree to give accurate details and allow them to be shared with one independent local roofer so it can contact you. The site cannot promise that a roofer will be free to take every job or reach every address.

Cost ranges, calculator results and quiz answers on the site are planning tools, not quotes. Page content is provided as is, and the site makes no promise that it is complete or current. To the extent Indiana law allows, the site is not liable for losses that come from using it or from any roofer's work.

How the site is paid is explained in the Referral Marketing Disclosure. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and they may change; the version posted here is the one that applies.
